Hay guyz lol it's me, I'm looking for some help with my diet. I have this problem where my gluteal muscles are not as prominent as I (and others, if u know what I mean ) would prefer. Sincerely, nekomimiofdestiny I don't know if this post is serious... but diet alone typically will not achieve what you are looking for. A good balanced diet paired with exercises meant to develop that area will have much more impact than strictly dieting would. I won't talk about which workouts you should do, but google will help. DGM sux btw
